Progress is not syncing
Keep the app installed and retry from Settings when online. Android queues completed sessions across restarts. Repeated retries use the same event ID and do not duplicate rewards.
Guest recovery
A guest profile belongs to one installation. If storage has already been removed, it cannot be recovered. Upgrade from Settings before changing devices if you want cross-device recovery.
Account requests
Use Settings for export and deletion while signed in. If you cannot access the account, the production listing will provide the verified support address after final branding is selected.
